While we strive to ensure our platform operates correctly and our website content is accurate, Story of a Trip makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the platform, website, or any information therein.

2. No guarantee of business results

Story of a Trip is a productivity and presentation tool for travel professionals. We do not guarantee that using Story of a Trip will:

•Increase your sales, revenue, or client conversion rates
•Improve your client satisfaction or retention
•Give you any competitive advantage over other travel agents

Any case studies, testimonials, or results mentioned on our website represent individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will depend on your business, clients, market, and many factors outside Story of a Trip's control.

3. AI-generated content

Story of a Trip includes an AI content writer powered by Claude (Anthropic). Content generated by this tool:

•May contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
•Should be reviewed and verified by you before sharing with clients
•Is not a substitute for your professional knowledge and judgment
•Does not constitute authoritative travel advice

You are responsible for all content published in your portals, including AI-generated content that you choose to include.

4. Third-party services

Story of a Trip integrates with or relies on third-party services including:

Anthropic (Claude AI): Used for the AI content writer feature. Story of a Trip is not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, or availability of Anthropic's services.

Cloudflare: Used for CDN, DDoS protection, and media storage. Story of a Trip is not responsible for Cloudflare service interruptions.

Neon PostgreSQL: Database infrastructure. Story of a Trip is not responsible for data loss caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Razorpay: Payment processing. Payment disputes should be directed to Razorpay or your card issuer.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

5. Not a travel service provider

Story of a Trip is a software platform — not a travel agency, tour operator, booking platform, or travel advisor. We do not:

•Book flights, hotels, activities, or any travel services
•Hold IATA, TAAI, TAFI, or any travel trade association membership as a travel agent
•Provide travel insurance, visa services, or travel advisory services
•Act as an agent or principal in any travel transaction

Travel agents using Story of a Trip are independent businesses. Story of a Trip has no responsibility for the accuracy of travel information, pricing, availability, or the fulfilment of any travel services presented in portals created using our platform.

6. Platform availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Story of a Trip. The service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Story of a Trip and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

•Use of or inability to use the Story of a Trip platform
•Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the platform or generated content
•Unauthorised access to your account or data
•Actions of third-party service providers
•Any travel transactions or disputes between you and your clients
