Supplier Quote to Itinerary: Free Draft Tool for Travel Agents

Turn a messy supplier quote into a clean day-by-day draft, and see what does not add up before you send anything to a client.

1. Add the supplier quote

Paste the quote text, or upload a PDF or a screenshot. Paste only the itinerary, hotels and price if it is long.

Free. Three drafts a day. What you add is sent to an AI service to make the draft and is not saved by us.

Why quotes need checking, not just copying

Supplier quotes arrive as emails, PDFs and screenshots, each laid out differently. The work is not only retyping them into your format. It is catching what the supplier got wrong or left out: a trip that says 7 nights but runs for 6, an itinerary with a missing day, hotel stays that do not add up to the trip length, a total that is not the sum of its lines.

Those mistakes are cheap to fix before you send a proposal and expensive after the client has accepted. The checks on this page are simple arithmetic, so you can trust what they find and verify it yourself.

What to check in any supplier quote

  • Dates and nights. Does the stated number of nights match the first and last date?
  • Days. Is there one entry for every day, with none repeated or missing?
  • Hotels. Do the nights at each hotel add up to the trip?
  • Price. Do the lines add up to the total, and does per-person times travellers equal it?
  • Inclusions and exclusions. Are meals, transfers, tickets, taxes, tips and flights each clearly in or out?
  • Currency and validity. Is the currency stated, and until when is the price held?

From draft to a proposal clients say yes to

Once the draft is right, it needs your price, your brand and a clear way to accept. Story of a Trip turns it into a branded proposal the client opens on their phone, accepts, and pays the deposit on. To work out your own selling price first, use the tour costing sheet.

Questions

How do I turn a supplier quote into a client itinerary?

Pull out the dates, the day-by-day plan, the hotels with their nights, what is included and excluded, and the price. Check that the nights match the dates, that every day is there and that the price lines add up. Then present it in your own brand, not the supplier's. This tool does the extraction and the checks, and you edit the draft before it goes anywhere.

Is the draft made by AI accurate?

It is a first draft. The AI is told to copy only what the quote says and to leave anything missing blank, but it can still misread a document. That is why the page shows the checks as plain arithmetic and asks you to read the draft against the original before using it.

What checks does it run?

It compares the stated nights with the dates, counts the itinerary days against the nights, adds up the hotel nights, adds up the price lines against the quoted total, compares a per-person price with the total, and lists what the quote does not say, such as inclusions, exclusions, currency and the number of travellers.

Do you keep my supplier's quote?

We do not save what you paste or upload. It is sent to an AI service to make the draft. If you continue into a proposal, the draft text moves with you in your own browser. Do not paste anything you are not allowed to share.

Why is it limited to three drafts a day?

Each draft uses a paid AI service. The limit keeps the tool free for everyone. A free account removes the limit and lets you keep the proposals you build.
